snatch pulls 3 sets 3 at 85
very surprised at how good my snatches were as had not snatched in over 2 weeks enjoying my new way of training focusing on one lift per session
thursday
power clean and 2 jerks 5 sets at 80
clean and jerk 5 sets 2 at 90
clean pull 130 3 sets of 3
the weights are quite light at the moment but will get progressively heavier but will be in no rush ...... i have had a change in philosophy in the last few weeks
weightlifting performance is all about the destination and not the journey who cares how i achieve my desired results and performance all that matters is i achieve it ......
