ITS BEEN A LONG LONG TIME

A few weeks have passed since th club championships and needless to say if you are reading this you know what happened. I lifted well in the snatch and then clean and jerk came and went just like the score board in the warm up room that read differently to the one in the compeition hall ??? needless to say i was unable to make the sily jump from 100 to 120 in the clean and jerk i cleaned it three times hitting myself in the chin on the first attempt and then failing miserably in the jerk.

since this i have only trained twice and the first one was only cause byrd was home and i wanted something to do other than sitting in the house watching tv. i was away then for a few days so i have more aless had two full weeks of no training and it has been nice to clear the mind and get ready for whats ahead.

monday i trained properlyish

power jerk 5 sets 2 at 80
jerk 5 sets 2 at 100
box squat 6 sets 3 at 100 to 12inch box
fat bar deadlifts 50 for 5, 60 for 5, 60 for 5, 60 for 5
ab rollouts 3 sets 4
