today i had enough time to train twice something i really enjoy i even had time to relax eat a steak dinner and watch the pool destroy chelsea....... steak and a liverpool victory now that sets me up for training
sunday morning
power snatch 1 floor 1 below knee 65 for 5 sets
snatch trebles 75 for 5 sets
sunday evening
power clean and 2 power jerk 80 for 5 sets
clean front squat jerk 100 for 6 sets
monday cause couldnt be arsed putting a new post together
snatch balance 80 for 5 sets of 2
snatch 85 for 5 singles
back squat 3 sets 2 at a miserable 130
yes the weights are very light but its the first week back there is no rush in progressions i will progress nice and simple with 2.5 kg per week in each lift and then the simplicity of it all kicks in
