back again training had enough of that upper body rubbish and foofooo foam rolling shite !!!!!
power snatch 40 for few doubles, 50 for few doubles, 60 few doubles, 70 for single
snatch 40 for few doubles, 60 for few doubles, 70 double, 80 single
clean and jerk 50 few doubles, 70 doubles, 80 single, 90 single, 100 single
back squat 135 for single
just worked up to 80% in all lifts today to get a feel for it again and just test out the knee..... test passed feeling good the day after so the plan for today is to go up to 85-90% in the snatch pending on how it feels and then 85% in clean and jerk and 85% in back squat
