hit the james today with byrd in toe
shoulder was feeling a bit gammy so the plan to do snatch balance was not going to work out or well so i thought i warmed up and the shoulder felt great so on i went
snatch balance 70, 80, 90, 95, 100, 105, 107.5 pb happy out
back for double 92.5 for 2 missed due to being an idiot, 92.5 for 2, 92.5 for 2, 92.5 for 2, 95 for 2, 95 for 2,
power clean 50 for a few sets , 90 for 2, 100 for 1, 105 for 1, 110 full clean left it there in preperation for going heavier tomorrow
tomorrows plan 97.5 for 3 singles then 87.5 for 5 doubles
then 122.5 for 3 singles in the clean and then back down for some double clean and jerk around the 95-105 mark
If you smoke your first attempt with 97.5kg tomorrow will you attempt 101kg. Please? For me?

ReplyDeleteFrom seeing your 97.5kg the other day, and your 107.5kg snatch balance yesterday (you could have done 100kg & 110kg if you wanted), I really don't see why you shouldn't be at least attempting 100-102 quite regularly.
