not done these in a long time but was good to get back into these ensuring i am hitting all the correct positions and getting the turnover correct
jerk from rack 90 for 1, 90 for 1, 105 for 1, 112.5 for 1, 117.5 for 1, 122.5 for 1
happy with this only 2,5kg below my best and i felt like shit !!!!
front squat 90 for 2, 110 for 1, 130 for 1, 142.5

plan is 145 next week in front squat and then 147.5 the week after nice steady progress !!!!
