thursdays other new beginning !!!!!!

knee is feeling great today after my rub and that yesterday so decided i would do some easy squats and go from there

back squat very slow eccentric 60 for 5, 60 for 5, 80 for 5, 100 for 3, 100 for 3, 100 for 3
snatch 3 at 40, 3 at 40, 3 at 40, 3 at 50, 3 at 60, 2 at 60, 1 at 70, 1 at 70, 1 at 70, 1 at 70, 1 at 70, 1 at 75, 1 at 75, 1 at 80, 1 at 80
back extensions 3 sets 12 bodyweight

in work this evening and knee still feels pretty good so i am quite happy with it !!!
not going to attempt to lift at the weekend but am going to go along to cheer on and abuse the rest of the lads mainly you barry kinsella for god sake please put up those john borz interviews the world is waiting !!!

got the timetable for the seeseeseeseessee course i am doing in two works and there is only like 2 hours of strength work i cant wait twill be a nice break from all the gym stuff and an opportunity to really focus on the pitch based stuff i cant wait !!!!
