back to the drawing board /platform

decided to train today as i kinda had a feeling if i didnot train i could take quite a break otherwise did very little

power snatch 60for3, 60 for 3, 70 for 2, 70 for 2, 80, 80, 80, 80
back squat 80 for 5, 110 for 5, 120 for 5
snatch press into overhead squat 50 for 5, 60 for 5, 70 for 5

good to get back into it and set the wheels in motion for an improvement

  1. Good to get back into it so soon Murph. Keep working hard, the PBs will come. You are in better shape than your lifts yesterday suggest. Remember, when you do poorly at a comp, there is always someone who has done worse than you. And who has great hair.
