issue 1 and some nonsensical rambling into issue 2

idiots who fire out programmes to people without showing the people the exercises !!!

i see this happening pretty much every day in the gym mindless eejits walking around making shit of themselves as a result of so called experts firing out these magical excel sheet programmes without ever as much as explaining the exercise or teaching the exercise getting some cash for their printing skills and letting these headless chickens loose....

i see this every day of the week with young "rugby" players and at the beginning of the year with auld gaa head who are looking to build up for the season ahead and work on their core develpment ah brilliant.

i would love to name names as to who the people are that fuck out these programmes and never coach or show the athletes how to do the exercises which would be pretty easy as it has the coaches name on top of the sheet but i wont as i have learned my lesson as named internet critisicms dont really prove to be that effective which actually will leads onto another issue that i will touch upon some time but not at the moment.

note : "rugby players" these are generally the guys that wear skins, cantos, all the gear and then when asked do ya play rugby oh yeah of course... who do ya play with ??oh i am not playing with anyone at the moment... alarm bells alarm bells you my friend are not a rugby player you might want to be one but are you not you are just a complete knob that wants to associate themselves with the stigma and status of being a rugby player why i do not know ???? there seems to be something in irish culture that associates those who play rugby as strong, muscular real mean if you may ???? to this i shall share an interesting story from dr needledick.....(long pause while i put on my storytelling hat)

one bright april day a bunch of attractive female students were leaving class and socialising as one would after a lecture. their conversation and socialising was rudely interrupeted by a large oaf like creature a former rugby player currently in a managerial role whos loud rude obnoxious bellowing of get out my way was heard by most of the group but not all. this ignoramus of a being was out for his morning plod with the nice guy when a number of these young very attractive females did not hear his bullshit and move....... he as most individuals in his bullshit ridden clan simply ran into the females and bumped them out of the way!!! quite a way to act for one the countries greatest imports.....

ps the bubble slightly deflated earlier this year and sales went down...... you read it here first the bubble will burst and all that will be left is a bunch of ignoramus juice monkeys !!!!
