front squat doubles 110, 125, 125, 125, 125, 125 legs are done
who would have thought squatting a weight for 5 doubles that i had cleaned twice quite easily four days previous would be so tough ha.....
oh and a little rant to all those people who shout light weight baby yeah .... yes good sir it is indeed light weight because it is only fucking 60 kilos
