i have been awful lazy the last two weeks updating my blog its been terrible this weekend there will be a fiesta of blogging my training.....
there actually has been a direct correlation between me not blogging my training and feeling like shit every day until i put a bar in my hands.....
the last two weeks my knees have been creaking like a nuns fanny. i have no pain i just have this creaky feeling all day long until i train. i know the warmth synovial fluid blah blah blah is what helps but surely my knees should not be creaking?????
