yesterdays magical shoulder

yesterday i went to train and an amzing miracle happened i was able to hold the bar in the rack position before i jerk yes amazing. usually i am unable to get my hand around the bar and it usually rests on the finger tips but yesterday for some magical reason my hands just went around the bar it feels great finally being able to hold onto the bar and it feels so secure its quite a drastic change in technique to make a week before nationals but fuck it it has to be done i cant keep on resting the bar on my finger tips !!!!
