well i have decided to go ahead with putting my recent training up instead of attempting to do my missing 2 weeks training so here goes
last saturday
last heavy session before nationals
snatch 70 for 2, 80 for 1, 85 for 1, 90 for 1, 95 for 1
clean and jerk 90 for 2, 105 for 1, 115 for1
bam job done exactly 38 mins including warmup the sessions the last few weeks have been dragging on so was determined to get in and get the job done quickly.
sunday day off which began with a finnegas yum yum gotta love my weight coming down nice and quickly !!!!!
monday (yday)
well twas a good day had a busy mornings work with boxers and soccer players then some magical coffee and then off to train
snatch from blocks 70 for3, 80 for 2, 85 for 1, 90 for1
clean 90 for 3, 105 for 3, 105 for 3, 110 for2
clean "pull" 125 for 2, 135 for 2, 140 for 1
back squat 90 for 3, 120 for 3, 130 for 3, 140 for 3
good to make the 90 snatch first time and the cleans were feeling much better than the weekend so really looking forward to this weekend
