- snatch and clean and jerk (two different lifts?) needing two different approaches ?
- snatch pulls and clean pulls the difference
- snatch deads and clean deads the difference
- variation and injury
- assistance exercise ? what i believe works for me ? and why ?
- assistance exercise with positional emphasis
- squats squats and squats
