had yesterday off as was driving all over the place went into training today with only one aim back squat 160 for 3

snatch balance, 80, 90, 95, 100
snatch 80, 80, 80, 85
back squat 120 for single, 140 for single, 150 for single 160 for 3, 170 for single missed it was fucked after the 3 at 160
