had a mixed day in the snatch made 7 single at 90 but missed 2 and also missed 2 at 95 on the plus side the ones i made were much more secure
clean and jerk 5 single at 110 felt very good the clean felt like nothing starting to like this extra leg strength thing
front squat 140 for 2 and finally 145 for 1 a pb been a long time coming
