training has been steadily increasing since got back from my holidays i am a week and half into my new programme and i am thoroughly enjoying it. the last while i had the biggest mistake writing my own programmes from realising this mistake i sat down with the wise old lazy one sull and hatched a master plan to take over the world and by take over the world i mean add some weight to my total.....
the programme goes like this
day 1
double snatch 5 sets
double jerk 5 sets
back squat 5by 5
day 2
pause snatch below the knee 6 set 2
power clean from blocks 5 sets 2
day 3
snatch doubles 5sets
clean and jerk doubles 5 sets
front squat 5 sets 3
clean deadlift 3 sets 3
day 4
pause snatch just off the floor 6 sets 2
power clean 5 sets 2
clean pulls 3 sets 3 20 kg over power clean weights
day 5
snatch max
clean and jerk doubles 5 sets 2
back squat 3 sets of 5 each set 10kg heavier than the previous so eg. 40 kg for 1st set, 50 kg for second and 60kg for third
its going pretty well so far
