first day second week
snatch doubles 90 for 2 sets 2 felt really good so went up and made 95 for easy single and then missed 100 liek 6 or 7 times then back to 90 for 3 sets 2 no misses

power snatch from blocks 70 for 3 sets 3 wanted to really focus on finishing the pull
