monday training

travelled to cork today to attempt mission impossible and its an aptly named mission

snatch 3 doubles at 85, one double at 90, one easy single at 95
clean and jerk 2 doubles at 100 3 singles at 105

back squat 130 for 2 sets of 5 and one set of 10

today was the beginning of my deload week hence the lower volume of hig intensity lifts from the previous week in the back squat was supposed to do 130 for 3 sets of 5 did 5 sets of 5 last week hence reduction in volume but on the last set was enjoying it so went with it
