mondays first day of lighter deload week

snatch
80, 80, 80, 85, 90 missed due to being a dumbass as usual, 90 made
pause snatch just below knee 70 for 2, 80 for 2, 80 for 2, 80 for 2

jerk from rack 110 for 5 singles
back squat 140 for 2 sets 5

reduction in volume and intensity this week is all about nailing the lifts with perfect technique and recovering to get ready for next week
