saturdays quick squats before disneyland
quick session this morning to do the squats i missed yesterday 100 for 5 120 for 2 130 for 2 140 for 2 145 for 2 130 for 3 done and dusted long time since i even unracked 145 so happy out now time for mickey mouse and rollercoasters !!!!
