load of work on this day so had to get in and get out fairly lively!!!
snatch 70 for 2, 80 for 2, 85 for 1, 90 for 1,80 for 3, 80 for 3 felt really sharp and smooth
cleans 90 for 3, 100 for 3, 105 for 3, 110 for 1 got better as they got heavier i really struggle with lighter full cleans anytjing below 100 feels weird !!!
snatch pulls 90 for 3, 95 for 3, 95 for 3
job done and dusted end of fairly high volume 4 week block now to get down to where the money is made the comp phase less volume but lots more strong coffee and jaffa cakes !!! weekend off headed off to the metropolis of carlow for the weekend lad
