ReplyDeletethis has nothing to do with strength and conditioning knowledge just good old russian weightlifting literature that is mindnumingly boring to read but really good practically ....... also its has a lot to do with not doing stupid things ie not doing just singles and apart from yesterday not maxing out in the back squat often as it just hurts me i am even feeling a bit of knee pain today so basically MAX BACK SQUAT = UNHAPPY ANDY !!!
