had a mad busy day today with a boxer, soccer players and underage hurlers we were lucky to come out of this one with our lives willy !!!!
got to the gym around half 9 at night not really feeling it but sure anyway got on with it
power snatch and full snatch 70 for 2,70 for 2, 75 for 2, 80 power, 82 power, 85 full, 87 full, 90 full missed behind what the fuck a lift missed behind there is something a miss made, 90 full snatch not bad considering how slow and sleepy i felt
power clean and jerk 50 for 2, 50 for 2 sleepy sleepy nighty snooze time
i have never as slow and uncordinated in my life but still got to 90% so happy enough hope i feel better as the week goes on
