i hope too many people dont get offended but crossfit what a load of bollocks!!!!
i am going to start outlining my issues with crossfit,
1 deadlifts for high high reps
2 cleans or jerks or snatches for high high reps
3 box jumps for reps upon reps the beautiful landings you see when people jump down
these are just 3 points if anyone has a decent repsonse to this or knows of anyone that can answer these 3 concerns i would love to see it !!!!
my other issue is the workouts of the day and specifically the use of MURPH as a workout of the day that has a 1 mile run involved that is really not what murphing is about so this blog and its readers would appreciate some adequate changes to what the MURPH workout of the day involves...... some suggestions would be all you can eat pizza hut challenge, basketball or baseball on the espn game station, a game of pool on the deluxe or attempting to lift some heavy weights reps never exceeding 5 except in the squat once a week otherwise that is cardio ........
