friday

decided would train today and get in whatever exercises and that i missed throughout the week and what i will miss coz of the comp tomorrow

power snatch set 2 at 70,70 singles at 75, 80, 80, 80, 1 set 3 at 72.5
power clean and power jerk singles 80, 90, 100
front squat set 2 at 80, 110, 120, single at 125, 130

tried to get through the worlout fairly quick although i know this is not ideal for the day before a comp i cant afford to miss a squatting session especially front as i am so weak in it. if it affects tomorrow ah well it aint one my main comps seen as i am back a month training on the plus side 130 felt quite easy today so am well happy reckon 135 -140 will be there next week which is right back up to my best in the front squat.

  1. It is brilliant seeing you back to your best in such a short period, but it means sweet f*%$ all if you don't break new ground! You can do it Murph: loads of power and balls of steel!

  2. cheers barry john i dont intend on finishing up with these lifts new ground will be broken but not this weekedn all in its own good time
