tuesdays training

fairly comprehensive session today

snatch set 3 at 70, set 2 at 77.5, 82.5, 85, 85 missed second and third rep back down to 80 for a single then 87.5 for single and then 92.5 for a single back to 80 for treble

clean front squat jerk 90, 95, 100, 100, 100, 100
clean 2 front squats and jerk 90, 90,

back squat set 5 at 100, set 2 at 120, 130, 130, 130, set 5 at 110

power clean and number of push presses 4 reps at 70, 3 reps at 80, 3 reps at 80 died a little before i went to do my last set

i think i have a problem is it wrong that the hardest part of clean front squat jerk is the front squat i could have cleaned or jerked the 100 all day but the front squats were a killer....... this is nothing new i have learned i know my legs are weak damn it !!!!!!!!!!!!!1
