saturdays early start

early start today in the gym before eleven as gotta go home this afternoon
went to the gym feeling shite
snatch 50 for good few sets of two got a good feeling going, 70 for 2, 80 for single, 87.5 , 92,5 missed, 92,5 got it lovely feeling good and sick of pissing about with 95 last few weeks, 97,5 missed never concentrated, 97.5 missed never extended, 97.5 missed almost lost behind then lost in front, 97.5 missed stood up too quick, 97.5 missed so fucking close ahhhhhhhh, right one more go 97.5 missed even closer than before fuck it fuck it fuck it fuck it

onto next exercise
clean front squat jerk 95, 105, 112.5 new pb in this exercise yippee although did get that wobbly leg feeling where nearly blacked out have not had it in ages great feeling makes ya feel like you are working hard, 105, then 2cleans 2 front squats and a jerk 95, 95, felt like dying after these last two set the inabiity to breathe fucking hell

back squat 110 for 5, 130 for 3, 140 for 2, 125 for 5, 125 for 5, 125 for 5

looking forward to the weekend off and eating all around me to recover !!!!!
