2power clean and 2jerk at 90, 1pc and 1 jerk at 95, 100, 105, 3 power clean and two jerks at 90,

snatch deads off 15kg plate, 3 at 110, 2 at 115, 2 at 120, 120, 3 at 110

was leathering myself in the pubic bone in the snatch today not a nice feeling has been happening quite a lot lately something seems to be a miss, made 95 today even though felt shite and getting distracted by some goober in front of the platform texting and doing some of the most ubnbelievably hilarious traing i have ever seen.

  1. Losing a snatch out front on purpose or running forward usually gets those sorts to move quickly!

    Remember Eddie Halstead telling me of a story one time when he was jerk training and some guy walked in front of him so he spat on him until he moved......

    I had one guy at Heriot Watt step over my bar just as I was about to clean it. You get some dumbasses in Uni/commercial gyms
