saturday the 13ths training

front squat
60 for 5, 90 for 3, 100 for 3, 120 for 3, 125 for 3, 130 for 2, 130 for 2, 130 for 2, 130 for 2

felt shook after this but a good soak in the jacuzzi did the job

found out its so much easier to squat not having done an hours snatch and clean jerk beforehand really lets the numbers fly up twas good to just concentrate squats for a few days as my legs are piss poor weak
