thrursday the 11th febs training

had to combine about two days snatching sessions into one ended up being one of best sessions in a long time.

snatch all doubles 75, 80, 85, 85 missed second rep due to looking at sean doing some gay rehab exercise half way through the pull. 85, 85, 85, 85, 80 for 3, 80 for 3

clean front squat jerk 80, 90, 100, 105, 110 had planned on more volume in cleamnnf ront squat jerk but had to go to work

  3. Sean 'The Trooper' O' Sullivan would want to take a good long look at himself...he does more pre-/re-hab than actual lifting.
