behind the neck jerk 50 for a few sets and reps, 90,100, 110, 115, 120
back squat 100 for 5, 110 for 3, 130 for 3, 140 for 3, 130 for 6
good short sharp session this week is a lighter week in terms of monthly volume intensity is staying the same as other weeks but volume is much lower. this week is 17% of monthly volume where as next week will be 34% of monthly volume i.e. what ever i do this week i will have to do twice that next week!!!!
