tuesday the 16th training

power snatch 1 floor two below knee 70
power snatch 1 floor 1 below knee 70 75 80

power clean 1 floor 2 below knee 80, 87
power clean 1 floor 1 below knee 92, 97

snatch pull from blocks 100 for 3, 110 for 3, 110 for 3, 115 for 2, 115 for 2 120 for 1

last while snatches have felt strong off the floor but as soon as have gotten close to knee and above they have felt very heavy so am going to do my pulls from the the blocks to get a bit of extra confidence from this position
