felt like shit before the gym but soon as i started warming up felt much better
power snatch set 3 at 70, set 2 at 75 set 2 at 80 missed rode second rep down into a full snatch which is usually a good sign for me!!!
snatch dead 4 sets 3 at 110
back squat set 5 at 100, set 3 at 120, set 2 at 140, set 2 at 150,
press 3 set 6 at 50
happy out back up to where i was 18months ago in the squat wohooo !!!!!!!!!!!!!
